the nokia 9500 was all over ebay i want the phone i even have some1 to sale it to me she is in romania my question is is the phone out in some markets and when will it be here will it work with t mobile and is the phone going to be in english the price for the phone is $250.00 and i called tmobile they say if i have the ime # they can activate it please help before i buy the phone and is there any one with the phone

read the description carefully on ebay, a lot of the 9500 are bulk and only available when they come out. others are the beta 9500s, the ones that were given to testers to basicly use the phone and see whats good and whats bad with it. i would wait and not risk it. and yes it will work with any gsm usa provider, as long as its unlocked. and i'd say the price would be about $600 and up without a plan.
