cannot open my image directory

i have a nokia 3660 phone. i have this strange problen i cannot open the images directory in my phone memory. i am unable to change my wallpaper. i can view the contents of the folder when the phone connected with my computer. Another problem is that i cannot delete a picture that i took earlier.What is the problem and how can i solve it please help

Have you power cycled and maybe tried master reset?
