nokia 6255i service program code HELP PLEASE

I HAVE A NOKIA 6255I AND IT WAS ACTIVE ON A METRO PCS ACCOUNT AND NOW I HAVE VERIZON AND I CANT GET IT TO PROGRAM IT SAYS "SERVICE PROGRAM CODE" IT ALWAYS SAYS ERROR SO IF SOME ONE COULD PLEASE HELP THAT WOULD BE GREAT HERE IS THE PHONE INFO
