I have searched these forums and can't find a straight forward answer. Anyway, I'm interested in buying either a Samsung 610 or Moto Krzr K1M from Sprint. Anyway, does the KRZR support headphones? Do I need an adapter? What exactly would I need to listen to the MP3 player through headphones? Should I even buy this phone or the 610? Thanks

i work for us cellular we currently do sell headphones in our locatino for the Krzr. Have that phone, love that phone. To listen to your mp3's you will need a card reader which we also carry in our store, and headphones. The card reader you will need to hold your mp3 on, and headphones to listen to them. In my store its about 30-40 for the card and 25 for the headsets. Through every carrier things are different but KRZR also can suppost live tv if that is in your area. Samsung phones are low in reception but have low repair rates. Actaully, samsung is the lowest for repairs in the US!!!! However, a rotating flip.... Not so good. Hopefully this helps you purchase your chose in phones!!!!

That is just for the card right? Not the card reader which is what I need to transfer files from my computer to the phone? The phone comes with a 64mb card to start with.

Actaully depending on what you have a computer you dont always need a card reader. we sell card readers for 20.00. honestly its better to just to the website such as motorola.com and download the software. Your phone and computer should be able to communicate with each other wireless as that is what bluetooth is. The software you would need in infarered. Normally new computers have this if you dont the software is more expensive than the card reader. Normally its about 25 for the software. It only works though, if your computer can take it... Most of them can. Wireless is the way to go, and I am sure there are websites to get the software for free of cheap off ebay??? Also no phone comes with over like max 10 mb... maybe you meant...

I've been looking at www.letstalk.com

When I select Sprint as a carrier, it lists different plans and phones. I selected the Krzr k1m and it displays additional included accessories and shows a 64mb memory card.

Click on different phones and krzr. If you would, tell me what you think. Or if you have any experience with letstalk.com

Thanks

64 mb is not a lot though... when we sell a 1 gb for 40 dollars. and a 512 mb for 30.00. Those are very inexpensive prices trust me on that one. I thought you were saying GB 64??? And i was like ??? huh??? Thats a lot but MB, not a lot....

Sorry stork but 40 is ridiculous for 1GB. Go to NewEgg.com and you can find a 2 gig for around $30. (yes, that's twice the storage for $10 less). They all come with SD adaptors too....

lol, yes $40 is ridiculous, however, it's what a retail store has to charge to make a profit.
