ic902 - can I transfer music to computer?

Can I take the songs from my 902 (that I bought on Sprint/Nextel Store put them on my card and transfer them to my computer to use on itunes?

not on itunes but you can transfer them to your computer

Yes, then once on my computer can I import them into Itunes? When I look eject my memory chip and view it on my computer the music files are not in a regular music format. They are in some unrecognizable format? I appreciate your help.
