Cheating Wife with TEXT MESSAGES? Please help?
My wife received a text message last night around 1:00am. When I asked who was texting her at this time, she said it was a friend of hers. She showed me the text message, which was stamped 6:45pm earlier tha afternoon. She said that the text message had just arrived on her phone, which is a Motorola V3 Razr. When you pull up the message in the Inbox, it shows the message, the person its from, the date, and the time. Now heres my question: Does the time on the phone indicate when the text message was SENT from the other person, or...does it indicate when the text ARRIVED on my wife's phone. Please let me know. Thanks so much!

i think it shows when it was sent. im not entirely sure but i know that there has been times when my phone was off and when i turn it back on i get text messages and the time on the txt is not when i turned it on but it would be a few hours earlier.

yes like i have barely any service at my home and when my phone does go into service ill get a text and it has two times at the bottom one time says when the person sent it and the other says when it was opened on that phone and the same for when you turn on your phone off

It could be either. I have sprint and verizon phones and on my verizon phone it shows the time that it was sent, on my Sprint phone it shows the time that it actually arrived on my phone. I tend to see alot more delayed messages with my Sprint phone than I do my verizon.

you should see if your carrier offers any parental control features like ATT that would prohibit the use of text messages. that is if you wanna take it that far. lol

Do you beat your wife? I'm sensing the paranoid jealous crazy husband thing... 😳

Why don't you just ask your wife instead of beating around the bush?
Aren't you supposed to be able to discuss anything with your love?

Umm. It's been a year I think they went through this by now. 🤨 Why would you respond?
...
It's when it was received, not sent. Why I just replied I have no idea.
