add words to itap?

Is there a way to add words to the itap dictionary? I could do this with my old T9 and can't find a way to add to the itap.

It's added to your dictionary once you spell it out by selecting each letter of the new word? You know, if Razr isn't in there, you select R then a, then z, then r...then it's in the dictionary.
