Motorola

I had to get (my second) replacement razr and I'm struggling to reinstall my speed dials (which I really realy on). I've opened the phonebook entries and edited the speed dial entry (which, btw is still there after transferring my sim card). Regardless of whether I save the speed dial to the sim card or the phone, I get a "no stored number" message when I try to use the speed dial. I've tried re-entering a new phone book entry, using a 100* extension in front of the number and saving to the sim card, and saving the straight number to the phone. No luck. Any thoughts?
