sanyo RL-4790

Well I have had my cell phone now for 8 months now and the vibrate stopped working. when on vibrate it does volume 2 instead. but i am happy that if put it on silent it stays quite. so is this a common problem or is it just me?

it is the Sanyo RL-4920, not 4790. i have no clue what 4790 is.
...
actually every 4790 that i have ever heard of has this problem.
.... but of course you are the only person in the world with a sanyo 4790
...
