The survey speak that students are the main victim of the conflict between Administration and The Catalyst. Students have a variety of speculation of separating the payment of the catalyst. It was never clear to the students the main reason about this issue of separating the payment. During the last enrollment students are all confused if they will pay or not for the TC fee.
