Warranty Repair for HTC One M7
HELP NEEDED ☹️
My wife and I have the same HTC One M7. Her phone started have battery issues to the point it would completely discharge the battery in a few of hours.
She went to the Sprint store and they told her she would need to contact HTC for a warranty repair since the phone is less than a year old.
I contacted HTC and explained the problem, I was sent an RA shipping label for 2 day shipping.
On the 3 day I received an email from HTC that explained that it would cost $300.00 to fix our phone. It said that we needed a new screen, back panel and motherboard (nothing about a battery). I was given 3 choices pay $300.00, Send my phone back to me or discuss options.
