Cricket Turns It Up To 11, Launches Muve In All Markets
Cricket Wireless today announced that its Muve monthly music plan is now available in all markets where Cricket offers service. The new markets that can now take advantage of Muve include: Fort Smith, Jonesboro and Little Rock, Ariz.; Fresno, Merced and Visalia, Calif.; Macon and Savannah, Ga.; Boise, Idaho; Lincoln and Omaha, Neb.; Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse, N.Y.; Reno, N.V.; Fayetteville, N.C.; Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Okla.; Charleston, S.C.; and Spokane, Wash. These join a number of other markets launched earlier this year. The Muve music plan provides unlimited free music downloads in addition to unlimited voice, messages, and data. The service costs $55 per month and works with the Samsung Suede.

Samsung's Suede is a Smooth 'Muve' for Cricket
Samsung today announced the r710 Suede, the first handset compatible with Cricket's Muve Music Plan. The Suede is a slab-style touch phone with a three-inch display and software QWERTY keyboard. It has a dedicated music button for Cricket's Muve Music service, as well as a 3 megapixel camera, accelerometer, and support for microSD cards up to 16GB. The touch UI allows for home screen widgets and other customization tools for end users. The Suede goes on sale in January and will cost $199.
