Headset speaker reversed...

On my first KRZR, after 1 day, the speaker in the headset somehow got loose or something because I could barely hear anyone but, if I put my ear up on the outside of the phone, I could hear fine. Anyway, I swapped it out for a new one which worked great until recently because it's now having the same issue. Anyone else seen this problem?
