Yes you can. It is A2DP compatible which means it is stereo bluetooth headphone compliant. It also plays .aac music files but I cant seem to get it to play on my RIZR, if you find anything about this let me know. By the way I also have a RIZR and I do have a bluetooth stereo headset, it works ok but skips alot, I'm trying to figure out if its the phone or my headset that is the problem and how to fix this, its a bit annoying.

Nope HS 850 is mono headset not stereo. Song skip issue if the song played over speaker doesnt skip then its probably headset issue.
