won't send pic messages

So i bought an unlocked rizr off ebay and was trying to send a picture message today and it wouldn't work. I have cingular and know i am capable of sending and recieiving. Is it because the phone is unlocked and is there something i can do. THanks guys

have you fixed the settings to what Cingular uses?
