I recently bought this phone from TELUS (in Canada, that is the main provider that isn't listed here). I was going to buy some ringtones but noticied two problems 1. $3.50 is a rip, and 2. They don't have the ones I'm looking for.
So I downloaded some MP3s (really, it was legal, if you can believe that) and then used Create Ringtone to convert them to MP3s, which I host on my site (zentec.ath.cx) and I will open the file, put it loads a little box that says 'object' with a weird in-half symbol on the right of it and at the top (below the status bar) is a little image that I can't make out.
However, I can play MIDI files fine, it's just a blank box without the word 'object' and the image isn't in half, it has a little blue/green line by...
