First impressions of the MAXX
PROS:
-The phone is very well built; Sturdiest phone I've seen from Verizon
-The earpiece is very loud and clear
-The speaker/speakerphone are very loud and clear
-Reception seems to be slightly better than the V3m, which was great (can't judge by those odd signal bars)
-The screens are incredibly bright and crisp
-The font is cleaner in appearance than many Verizon UI phones
-Caller ID displays in large font on the front
-Vibrate AND Ring
-All 4 shortcut keys customizable
-Relatively fast navigation (but also see cons)
-Significantly faster menus than the V3m and K1m
-Amazing camera

I can confirm that there is no Vibrate then ring option in the menu, however, if this is a make or break issue, some LG users have found a solution. Put a silent gap at the beginning of the ringtone, and it will still vibrate during the gap. Essentially, you'd achieve the same goal. It may be a bit of a hassle, but for someone who wants Vibrate then Ring that much, it's a good idea.
