Motorola RAZR maxx Ve
Razr2 vs Maxx
The maxx is a good phone but feels cheap.
The v9m is super fast!!!!!
But has the same old Verizon UI.
Almost the same phones but the screens and looks are different.
To each his own!!
You can do better--dig deeper next time.
-Thinner
-Use of ultra strong metal
-Excellent appearance
-Ability to read texts on the front screen
-Verizon's new UI, Alltel's will have a vastly refined Moto interface
PROS of the MAXX
-Camera has a flash
-Larger battery so probably better battery life
-Less of a fingerprint magnet
The MAXX seems like a more practical phone given that the flash makes the camera usable at night. This is probably its strongest asset. The MAXX also uses strong metals, however, it's rubber coated and some people can't tell.

The Maxx is less likely to scratch with that finish, so I don't need a snap-on case, like for the V3c.
Also, the configuration where the hinge is smaller that the rest of the case makes it really comfortable to hold.
Strictly a preference issue, but holding a 12mm in your hand or on your shoulder doesn't feel as good to me. I'll be anxious to see how the voice quality is on this R2.
