Don't forget that you have to buy third party software to transfer you phonebook entries. This phones comes with absolutely no software, not even drivers, shame on Sprint and Samsung. You can find drivers on the net but it only allows you to transfer pictures and mp3 to the phone and back. Compare to other Samsung phones that have advanced syncing software available on the Samsung website.

Meyman is right. Sprint does not provide drives to be able to sync your phonebook entries to your computer. However, Sprint does provide a wireless backup program for you to sync your contacts to the web in event that something happens to your phone. Maybe not the solution you were looking for but it may help.
