I just got the VX 9400 today and I hate it. I'm thinking of sending it back. I can barely hear anyone when I'm on the phone and hardly anyone can hear me. The volume is turned way up. Has anyone had this problem?

it's the same with mine too. It's all muffled. It's not that big of a deal for me since I text more than talk, but the speaker is garbage.
