Outlook 2007 and saving my contacts in SIM or SD

I use outlook 2007 and will my treo 750 sync with it.
Secondly, I can save all my contacts under one name with three categories, ie work, mobile and home. How can I do that to save it to the sim card or my SD card? It seems I have to save it one by one....

Please advice. 🤭
