sound like i am in a tunnel
i received my samsung sch u620 on monday. today is thursday i have swapped it out 3 times and still the same. i get a tunnel or tube sound when i am talking to other people, they can hear it to. the more background noise the worse the "tube" sound gets. anybody else have this issue?

Yes, I get the same tube sound. When I asked about it at the Verizon store yesterday, the guy just shrugged his shoulders and said he doesn't get that with his (same phone).

I have the exact same problem. The guys at the store had never heard of this issue. Hate to trade it in for the same problem.
In the car, or near traffic, I cannot hear anything. I also noticed that I can hear a very slight echo of myself (not the echo you get when the phone service is being bad, but an immediate tinny echo-sound overlaying my speech).
Anyone else have this problem... and were you able to fix it? the Verizon tech suggested I use a lower volume setting, but this did not help at all.
