Well, I've been looking for a slider phone that isn't the Chocolate (I hate the sensitive controls). I just hope they're durable! (I have bad luck with dropping phones 🤠)

Leather case works wonders, I've dropped my phone when it has been on my lap and it has fallen onto cement when I get out of the car. No scratches at all.

I have an a990 and the menu is slow as well. I attribute that to all of the apps on the phone. MP3, nav, video, and now tv (not on a990) oh and by the way, it is a phone too.

actually Nokia's new handsets' menu is slow not samsung all the new samsung handsets they are pretty fast!!!! i know motorola lags a lot but samsung... hmm i can only think of few.... A900, P735..... that was about it i guess maybe A920 ?? just a little bit i think'?? but i own T629.. its great!!! Sliding is real smooth and solid!!!! i dropped it many times and no scratches yet!!! Samsung is the best handsets i ever owned.. Motorola is the worst
