The text messages I recieve automatically display in zoom mode. Is there any means to have them display in what I would consider the normal mode. Only when I choose the "Zoom" option, does it revert back to the small text, which is much more user/reader friendly.

How did you do that??? I don't like the normal mode!

I would like to enable zoom mode by default
