Ok i have been looking at the M610 and it looks like a great phone, besides the lack of a decent display on the outside the phone looks amazing? am i right in thinking this is the M1 better?

i just got the phone today, i havnt even activated yet, and i LOVE it, my last 2 phones for sprint were sanyos, but as a repair tech, it looks like the quality of sanyos has gone way down, leading me to believe that the m1 is probably not that great.

A Sprint rep let me use his personal M1, that I may compare it to the M610 on display. he swore the M1 was the better of the two. While I navigated through his phone and compared it to the displayed M610. I favored the M610, to the point that I purchased it. After purchasing it one week ago, I am sending my Treo 700p back to Sprint. The M610 IMO is the best phone I have ever operated, based on my personal needs: fast internet access, user friendliness, good camera & video (even in extremely low lighting), good sound quality. Volume could stand to be louder, but is more than adequate. Volume is not on par with the LG CU500 or even the Samsung A920. But, it bests my Treo, the T-Mobile Dash, and Cingular's 8525.
