Bluetooth Stereo ?
I bought the LG HBS-110 Bluetooth Stereo Headset from the Verizon store to pair with my u740 (which I LOVE.) They assured me I would be able to listen to my music and answer calls all from this device. However, I can't get the stereo option to sync. I can make and receive calls, but my music will still only play through the phone's speakers. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thats because the U740 does not support Bluetooth Stereo. It will make calls, but thats all. Mine will actually play clips from v-cast videos through my bluetooth if I have it connected. But that's as far as it goes.

Talked to a tech today. A flash Patch is definitely in the works for the u740 to allow blue tooth stereo usage. He said patches typically release at the beginning of a month. So hopefully the first or second week of July we may have a fix. Currently if you rip your music to .wma format and dump it into your my music folder of your micro sd card (not in separate sub folders) it will port to the headphones but quality is poor. It is acceptable for audio books. The patch should do wonders, not only for stereo but also better performance for all blue tooth headsets. Hope that helps!
