Picture on front screen

On my old Samsung phone, I was able to see the picture of the person calling on the front screen. Even though I attach a picture of the person on the contact list, I still cannot get the picture to come up when the person calls. Has anyone had any luck doing this or did they remove this feature from this model?

I don't own this phone, might be considering it... but try going into settings and if theres an option for "picture id," make sure its on.

change the clock setting for the front screen, it should work then

I don't have any problems, even with the clock set to analog mode.
