Player error
Hi, I am hoping someone can help me out. I have searched various threads but couldn't find a solution. I am trying to put music (my own from cd's) and I keep getting a "Player Error" "Music not available" message. I followed some of the advice on a few threads after searching the topic however, I can't find a solution to the error message. I have been working on this for a while and I am getting very frustrated. Any suggestions? The last thing I tried as per a past thread was to format card in the phone, sync to wm player, move songs into the My music folder turned on phone play songs...well, tried to play them 😕

Did you convert the files to MP-3? Also, someone has commented (don't know if this is true that the files should not exceed 17 kbps.

I'm such an idiot! I never converted them 👀 After reading your reply (thank you!!!) I realized I never did the conversion. Did that this morning and I am now listening to music.
