I'm not going to recommend this phone to anynoee.
I've had this phone for a little over a month. At the moment, I dislike it quite a bit. At first, I thought it was really cool and practical. But it really isn't. The calendar isn't good at all. the keyboard is hard to type on and you're using the backspace key more than the others. Also, the hinge feels like it's going to fly off. At first, it is very nice and sturdy until daily usage. So, my question would be, since I passed my 30 days to return the phone, if I could get an enV ( or another phone) and go to verizon and activate the new one. might sound like a stupid question but I'm new with verizon and I heard they're strict.

Sorry to hear you don't like the phone. Personally, I think the phone is wonderful. You can't find a smaller phone with the same capabilities. You also can't expect to be able to fit big buttons on a small phone with a full keypad.
For your question about a new phone, I have purchased 3-4 phones on eBay as my teenagers have lost or broken phones and Verizon has never given me a problem with it. Just make sure it's either a Verizon phone or it is unlocked.
