sending videos

I received video messages on my phone and when i try to forward them it tells me that the file exceeds limit. Is there anyway around that so that i can send the videos that i received on my phone?

If not what is the limit and what are the other cell phone companies limits compared to verizon?

yes set up that your videos are not more than 15 seconds long. And only the ones you took with the phone will work.
