Yes it does have the option to ring & vibrate. You'll find this option under the "Sounds Settings" then to the "Call Sounds" option of the cell phone.
The "beep once" only is available for text, picture, video, and voicemail messages. It's under the "Sounds Settings" and then to the "Alert Sounds" option.
