Apparently they've eliminated any ability to stream music from sources that are not Cingular partners - Napster and Yahoo - and have locked it to prevent installation of any apps that do so. No word on whether there are any other limits on functionality. They have the right to do so - and we have the right not to buy it.

Other apps shouldn't be affected..
And that limitation should be cracked in no time or you can just get the phone flashed.. noone likes that awful Cingy branding and sw anyways..
