Let us know how you like it...(especially regarding the battery life 🙂 ).

I am also curious about the 6085 as a solid, basic, back-up quadband phone with good battery life. I was thinking of buying it unlocked. I think it has been released somewhere worldwide, but not the US yet? Any opinions.

Thanks.

You can use your personal music library which is what I will do. If you subscribe to a service like Napster, the music you download is basically rented and will only play on a device that supports wmdrm which this phone will so they can control where the files go. If you don't pay your Napster monthly bill, the music won't play anymore. No Thanks. That was one of the possible delays since you can transfer files to another device via bluetooth, and Nokia didn't want to be liable for copyright issues. Nokia wanted legal docs from microsoft holding them harmless for such activity.
