Best phone Ive used in a while
I dont know why every one is complaining about this phone. Its awesome!!! Ive had this phone for a week and I do not have any complaints. Its very user friendly. The sound is great. I have to turn my ringtone down 90% of the time cause its to loud. I can hear my mp3's while Im in the shower. Thats how loud it is. Awesome!! Bonus is being able to use Napster too. I also use this as a work phone so when Im jamming to my tunes, I can still get text messages, emails, take pics/ video - send them, and browse the internet while listening to tunes!!!! The reception is great as well. I cant think of anything bad about this phone. There are several little things I find cool like when the phone rings it will do my ringtone as well as state the name of...

What is the version of your firmware???
I was an early adopter and my n75 had many issues so I returned it, and am wondering if there was an upgrade to the firmware?

My version is 10.1.273
I purchased directly from a Cingular store on May 10. On June 10, Cingular came out with an ad in teh Sunday paper stating the phone rebate was now $150 making the phone $99. I went in on Monday and got a credit of $100 to my bill.

Thanks for the FW version response folks. Y'all have basically the same version BUT different from the version on the one I returned.
Sooooooo - now the question is do I throw myself into the ring again or not!!! I hate to try another one - have problems again - and return it again.
Cingy (ATT) still has my account screwed up showing I'm not eligible for an upgrade (when I am)- something about being "between two systems", the store manager thinks I'm a fraud even though I've returned two phones in 15 years.

Cingular is giving me the same problem, saying that I am eligible in November of 2008. Those Cingy phone reps are no help. I agree with skitterpop, this is a good phone, I just got MobiTv on it which I don't need, but hey, might as well.

Man thats crazy. Hopefully they will fix it. As far as my response on trying another one I say DO IT. I LOVE THIS PHONE!!! I just hooked my bluetooth up yesterday and I can hear my ringtone in it as well as the name of the person calling. Its soooo cool and handy when youre driving. You can also listen to ur mp3's thru the headset as long as its not from a site like napster. Im never getting a new phone.
