What the hell! The N75 has disappeared from the AT&T website.....

On AT&T website the N75 has disappeared adrubtly! It is no longer on part of the website at all, including the fact that it is not insured anymore. I think AT&T sold this ****ed up piece of equipment and is trying to dump as soon as possible and I think that is bullshit. I paid good money for a phone that was supposed to work and they sold me a freakin' lemon. I am still trying to love the phone but my patience is running out. The question is what are our rights and what should we do? 😕 😲

Probably because the phone is so easy to debrand.
After receiving my subsidy unlock code from ATT.
Debranding took about 30 minutes.Turn off 3G manual network selection no limits on ringtone size and stereo Bluetooth. How to is posted all over the web.

It's still on Amazon for $25 (free after rebate).

I was in a corporate store just the other day and asked wtf was taking so long with getting the at&t branding for the N75. They said a Nokia rep was just in the store and mentioned it should be coming out shortly - along with stereo BT and "improved animations"..

"Out of stock" and "disappeared from the AT&T website entirely" are two very different things. I'm not sure why the OP can't find it on the website when my link clearly shows it still exists.

Out of stock is a good thing, as it implies that they've pulled the faulty Cingular branded versions (or simply didn't order any additionally) and are awaiting the at&t branded updated N75s.

If they come out with a AT&T branded N75 it will still be ****ed up! I really doubt they are going to fix the battery problem. Moreover, Nokia will never put more RAM in the N75 which is the major issue. Stereo bluetooth is really not that significant! Hopefully you are right! Let's keep are fingers cross!

What the hell are you talking about? I don't work for ATT or anything but what do you mean what are our rights? We bought a phone from them and went under contract. Just because a rebranded phone comes out with an upgraded bluetooth, doesn't mean that they owe us a new phone. That doesn't even make sense...So if I buy a car, and in a couple months they come out with a new model, do they owe me a new car? Don't think so...They would fix any problems that are under warranty, just like att will do. So good luck fighting the man and getting a new phone.
