firmware updates??

any word on possible update of firmware for a "branded" n75?

They will probably never update the branded firmware because it was made specifially for AT&T and they want to keep it just the way it is. They never updated the 6682 either. That is why debranding the phone is teh best option.

but it seems a little dicey,
and this phone is on my company contract....

i just talked to the nokia rep and he said december and it will have new themes and a2dp support.

We apologize for the confusion regarding the availability of the Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP) profile for your Nokia N75 device and we can offer the following information.

If your Nokia N75 device is a Cingular/AT&T branded device, there may be a software update to include A2DP in the near future. However, it will not be available through the Nokia Software Updater tool that is available on our web site, www.nokiausa.com. You will need to contact Cingular/AT&T for further details.

Please note: The unbranded Nokia N75 device does include the A2DP profile.
