New to the thread but have been reading it for 2 months. The word from the local AT&T/Cingular store in Ft Collins, CO is that the N75 will be to their warehouses by Feb 6 and then shipped to the stores, they expect to have them on the shelf by Feb 12. This guy has been very reliable and told me back in Dec it would not be out until Feb. so go figure. By the way he did say it would be branded AT&T.

Have been studying the K1 or the N75. Nokia N75 appears to be an excellent choice to wait for its intro to ATT/Cingular. Thanks for the "newest news".
