Your link is to the N95-1 (plum color), which has small battery and too little memory. It also doesn't have the North American HSDPA 3G capabilities.
The new North American N95-3 comes in two colors: black and bronze.
An easy visual clue of which is which is the camera - the N95-1 has a mechanical lens cover, while the new N95-3 doesn't have a lens cover. The flash on the N95-1 is towards the side of the phone, while the flash on the N95-3 is towards the bottom of the phone.
