Blackjack updater Load binary data fail!! error

The updater won't even start up. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've googled and i've seen a couple of people ask this question in forums but it hasn't been answered.

sounds like a lot but i had to uninstall Mcafee virus Scan....Im sure there is a better way btu that was the program causing the problem
