Video Downsampling

I tried to transfer a movie to my phone but it's very choppy. Is there a program that I can use in order to compress the wmv so that it runs smoother on my phone?

look for a program called SUPER by Erightsoft. This will let you adjust all aspects of the video file - and it's free.
