ON MY SANYO M1 I HAVE THE DELIVERY RECIEPT NOTIFACATION ON, DOES ANY ONE KNOW IF THIS FUNCTION REALLY WORKS???

In my phone i don't know what it is or what it does. If someone knows what it is tell me. Please. Also when i turn it on it does'nt do anything. What is it soppose to do??!

Delivery Reciept is intended to let you know when someone has recieved a message you have sent them, i.e. SMS/Text...

You should recieve another text message which states that the message has been sent successfully if you have the delivery receipt turned on. That's what it is on my phone. If it's any different on the M1 i'm stumped.
