Blank Grey Screen
hey,
I was so excited to get my new sanyo m1.. i charged it up, and the inside screen doesn't work at all.. it just lights up solid grey, with nothing on it. Did anyone else have this problem? I have to call Sprint tomorrow to get it replaced.

I keep having a problem with my M1 rebooting when I'm on the internet, using the On-Demand feature, watching a video, listening to music, or using an application. Not sure what causes this. This is the 3rd M1 I've had as my first one constantly reset, my second one reset while also having the microphone break so no one could hear me talk, and this one I have now also resets randomly. They keep telling me at Sprint that it is uncommon for this phone to act this way, but 3 phones in a row? I've even had different batteries on all of them so I don't know what the problem is. Anyone else have resetting problems where the screen goes gray and the phone reboots saying that it did not shut down properly? What's going on here?
