A couple of quick questions.

I have waited in vain for the N75 but it appears to be a no show. I currently have a V3 and I didn't want to use my upgrade on another RAZR, but it looks as if I have no choice as my current V3 gets no battery life what so ever and I need a new flip phone.

I three questions I was hoping that some people might be able to help me out with.

1) Does this model use the same UI and phone book as my current black V3 which I purchased in 07/2005? I hope not.

2) Do Java apps run as slowly on this model as they do on previous RAZRs?

3) Can the speaker phone be used while the phone is closed?

Thanks in advance!

p.s. I'm not interested in the Sync or the LGCU500

1. NO.......the UI is Linux based, it's easy to figure out. It is just different from the V3 OS.

2. They run fairly fine to me

3. Nope (my ONLY dissappointment)

* Stay away from the CU500..........CRAP. Get the v3xx. cant comment on the sync...have not had it....but it is freakin HUGE so i was not feelin that.

hope i helped!

In addition to what ant said, the Phonebook allows for more entries per contact, the overall response speed of everything on this model is faster in my opinion than any previous Razrs, and having to keep the phone open on speakerphone is a disappointment, but the up side to that is the external speaker is now full duplex. The phone uses the same microphone that you speak into when you don't have it on speakerphone to pick up your voice during use of the speakerphone. That way you don't have the choppy type conversations that you had with previous Razrs while on speakerphone. You and the person you are calling can speak naturally without having to wait for the other person to finish.

Thanks guys. I appreciate your answers.

I'm sorry for being needy, but on more question. Can you activate the speakerphone beofre you have connected to the person you are calling?
