loose hinges?
the hinges seem a little loose when the phone is closed....is this normal? the top part of the phone has a slight movement when the phone is closed

Uhhhh...I have a razor and have messed around with the v3xx and honestly it sounds like your phone might have a defect of some sort. I think if I was you i would take it back and feel it in comparison to another of the same model they shouldn't have a problem doing that for you.

Mine feels looser than my old V3. I may swap it out since I am within the first 30 days.

if you havent dropped it yet that usually is the reason for the weak/loose hinge. I ruined my first one by not addressing the loose hing immediately
