Motorola RAZR V3xx

Can anyone help?
I just installed Phone Tools 4.0, and it's recognizing the V3xx, but it doesn't have the drivers to run the phone. Has anyone tried to install this CD? Is it working?

Try downloading and installing the following:

http://developer.motorola.com/docstools/USB_Drivers/ ... »

Afterwards, run the MPT update program and see if there are updates available.

I too am experiencing the same thing. I downloaded the MPT update and it still didn't recognize the V3xx drivers. I welcome any help anyone on this issue, thank you.
