Motorola RAZR V3xx

My wife's 2 year old RAZR V3 died and I need to get her a new phone. I could go with the V3 again, but I know some kinks have been worked out on the newer versions (address book, better camera). She will NEVER use this phone for data or for music, any reason I should go with the V3r (Cingular version of the V3i) over the V3xx which is cheaper than the V3r?
