Motorola RAZR V3xx

I am having a very similar problem. When listening to the Music Player with or without a headset, it will randomly shut itself off. It goes back to the Home Screen. No messages or anything. No incoming calls. There is no particular song or place in the song where it stops. The Player has to be restarted until it shuts itself off again. I called Motorola and they are telling me that no one else has brought this to their attention. They have suggested turning the phone off and back on, corrupt files, file names to long or containing disallowed characters. The Music Player on this phone is crap. The phone is going back.
