music player annoyance
Numerous times, almost double-digits now, the music player shuts off during playback. It shuts completely off and I'm back to the home screen.

yeah i was having the same issue, i dialed 611 and they said maybe a bad batch. they since i only had it for one week, take it back and get new one. was really annoying, my would quit while was at the gym. so i got a new one, tried it last night at the gym, nothing happened, keeping my fingers crossed tho. if it does it again, getting rid of this phone all together...

I use my music player all the time and it never does this to me you probably got a bad phone. but i also have the platinum v3xx.

Did the platinum model come out later? What is the firmware number for that model?
In Settings/Phone Status/Other Information/SW Version, I'm using version R26111LD_u_96.71.95R
I'm assuming that despite the different color, you would be using the same one.
I have the grey model which I think came out earlier.
