Motorola RAZR V3xx

This question has nothing to do with the Motorola V3xx. If one has a cell phone that DOES NOT have a memory card is it possible to download pictures to that cell phone and use them as a wallpaper? If so, will this take up additional memory on the cell phone?

I am talking about the Motorola V557 cell phone. Thanks
