Motorola RAZR V3xx

I am wondering since this phone, as i was told by cingular does not allow a warranty yet does any one have the problem with their external display "flicker" or "static" on when you when you use the right external "light up" key to view it? I am wondering if this model is having display issues. My original razr did not have this issue. THe best way to describe it is if you were truning on an old tube television, and the view comes up like the picture tube is ready to short out or needs to warm up before it displays. My phone is less than a week old.
